Accommodation Terms and Conditions

By publishing these terms on the website, guests are considered to be informed about them, accept them, and agree to comply with the stated rules. We kindly ask guests to take care of the apartment equipment and respect the house rules so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay.

Included in the Rental Price included
  • Cleaning before arrival and after departure (for longer stays once per week).
  • Use of all apartment equipment including air conditioning and unlimited internet.
  • All utility costs.
  • Tourist tax.
  • Bed linen change once per week for stays of 7 days or longer.
  • Towel change: 1 set per person (large + small) every 7 days and for each new guest.
  • Baby cot available on request (please mention in your message) – free of charge.
Not Included additional
  • Additional cleaning: 25€.
Note:
If the apartment is left messy or dirty, a cleaning fee of 25€ will be charged.
If cigarette smoke smell is detected in the apartment, a cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged.
Lost key fee: 50€ (security lock replacement).
Reservation Procedure steps
  • Send an inquiry via the website (contact form) or email.
  • After checking availability, we send you an offer via email.
  • The apartment is reserved for the requested period for 24 hours from the moment the offer is sent.
  • Pay the deposit according to the offer (enter the offer number in the payment reference).
  • Send confirmation of payment within 24 hours.
  • After receiving the payment, we will send a reservation confirmation.
If the deposit payment is not visible within 5 days from the date the offer was sent, the reservation will be considered invalid.
Payment deposit / cash

The deposit amounts to 20% of the total rental price and is paid via bank transfer. Upon arrival at the apartment, the remaining balance must be paid in full in cash. Credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.

Bank charges from other banks are paid by the sender. SWIFT payments may take up to 7 days, and the payment must be visible in the account before arrival.
Arrival and Departure check-in / check-out
  • Check-in on the first day of rental is from 15:00.
  • Check-out on the last day is no later than 10:00.
  • Depending on availability, we will try to accommodate your request upon agreement.
Please inform us of your exact arrival time 24 hours before arrival via email or phone. Upon arrival, the host will meet you to hand over the keys and inspect the apartment together; upon departure, the keys are returned and the apartment is inspected again.
Terms of Use and House Rules rules
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The guest must leave the accommodation in the same condition as it was found – clean, tidy, and undamaged.
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Visits are not permitted (except exceptionally with prior notice).
  • Please report any irregularities during the apartment inspection to avoid misunderstandings later.
  • Disturbing neighbors and making noise is prohibited, especially between 14–16 and 21–08.
  • Waste must be separated and disposed of in the designated containers in the courtyard.
Cancellation and Stay Changes refund
Cancellation by Guest
  • 70% of the deposit is refunded if cancelled 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the deposit is refunded if cancelled 20 days before arrival.
  • 30% of the deposit is refunded if cancelled 10 days before arrival.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled 9 days or less before arrival.
Shortening / Extending the Stay
  • Extending the stay is possible depending on availability.
  • For shortening the stay, please notify us at least 2 days before departure; otherwise, the remaining rental amount will not be refunded.
If unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) prevent us from providing the confirmed accommodation, the amount already paid will be fully refunded.
Obligations and Responsibilities safety
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables; the host is not responsible for possible loss.
  • Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
  • When leaving the apartment, guests must close windows and doors, switch off lights and appliances, and turn off the water.
  • In case of damage, the guest must inform the host; if the damage is caused by the guest, it must be compensated before departure.
Travel insurance during your stay is recommended.
